When booking an appointment, you will need to have the following information handy:

Our drivers will happily transport you to your destination beginning at 8:15 AM. Appoint-
ments are scheduled on the half-hour, and our final return trip is at 2:30 PM. At City Seniors we strive to accommodate our clients, so even if we did not take you out - we can bring you home.
Please call in reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Our office staff will take your call from 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM. Please DO NOT schedule your appointment with our drivers - call the office at (314) 352-0141.
You will never be denied services due to an inability to contribute

Hours of Operation
At City Seniors, Inc. we provide safe, patient, and
courteous curb-to-curb transportation service. Our
vehicles are all lift ramp equipped to accommodate
Help keep our wheels in motion with your
contribution of $6. A suggested $3 each way, and $2
for one additional pre-planned location. Caregivers
assisting clients to medical appointments ride at no
charge. Call the office when your business is
complete and you are ready to be transported home.
Service is available to St. Louis city residents, 60
years and older, their spouses, and caregivers
(caregivers must be over 18). Disabled persons ages
18-59 are eligible with certification of disability.
Medicals: Dr. Office or Hospitals within St. Louis City limits, St. Mary's Hospital daily;
St. Anthony's Hospital on Monday only; St. Louis County (restrictions apply)
Shopping & Group Trips: Tuesday and Thursday to grocery stores.
Mall trips, K-Mart, Target, Walmart etc. check calendar.
PARCELS LIMITED TO 4 PER PERSON
Luncheon Trips: Scheduled on Fridays - see calendar for destinations.
Banking, Business and Hairdressers: Daily
Miscellaneous: Booked upon request, just ask.
